What we coat

Residential garages are the core of what we do. We also take on patios, pool decks and commercial floors across the Tucson metro.

Epoxy Garage Floors

Traditional epoxy build coats with a decorative flake broadcast and a clear protective topcoat.

Polyaspartic Coatings

Faster cure, higher UV stability, and better heat tolerance than standard epoxy. Park on it the next day.

Patio & Pool Deck Coating

Slip-resistant, cool-to-the-touch textured finishes for Tucson patios, walkways and pool surrounds.

Commercial Floor Coating

Shops, warehouses, showrooms and service bays. Scheduled around your operating hours.

How the job actually runs

Four steps, one crew, one day for most garages. No subcontracted mystery crews and no change orders on install morning.

Step 01

Free on-site estimate

We measure, check moisture and existing coatings, and hand you firm pricing — not a range that moves on install day.

Step 02

Diamond grinding

Mechanical profiling with dust containment. No acid etch. This is the step that decides whether a floor lasts ten years or two.

Step 03

Repair & basecoat

Cracks, spalls and pitting filled, then a pigmented basecoat rolled and broadcast with your chosen flake blend.

Step 04

Clear topcoat

UV-stable polyaspartic clear, scraped back to the finish texture you picked. Walk on it that night, park on it the next day.

Common questions

How long does a garage floor coating take?

Most two- and three-car garages are ground, patched, coated and topcoated in a single day. Polyaspartic systems are walk-ready that evening and ready for vehicles in about 24 hours.

Will it peel in Tucson heat?

Peeling almost always traces back to prep, not product. We diamond-grind to open the concrete profile and test for moisture before anything is applied. On top of that, the UV-stable topcoats we use resist the ambering and chalking that cheap epoxy shows after a couple of Arizona summers.

What does a garage floor coating cost in Tucson?

Pricing tracks square footage, concrete condition and the finish you pick. A typical two-car garage falls in a predictable range, and repairs like cracks, pitting or old coating removal are quoted separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Estimates are free and firm.

Can you coat over an existing epoxy floor?

Sometimes. If the old coating is well bonded we can mechanically abrade and recoat. If it is delaminating or was a big-box DIY kit, full removal is the honest answer. We tell you which one you have at the estimate.

Do you handle patios and pool decks too?

Yes — textured, slip-resistant, cooler-underfoot systems for patios, walkways and pool surrounds, plus commercial floors for shops and warehouses. Ask when you request your estimate.

Ready for a floor you stop apologizing for?

Free on-site estimate, firm pricing, no pressure. Most Tucson garages are done in a single day.
